    I agree. Handy for User to leave note to remind oneself too!

    eg Must follow up on that missed payment, must upload paper to go with that purchase, must query that supplier and get better rate... etc

    Xero Annual Subscription - 1 yearly bill. Why isn't their an option for annual billing? This would reduce monthly invoice reconciliations for the Xero supplier account to just just one instance. Every bit helps to reduce the paperwork processing... Thanks John

    Hi everyone, with the recent changes in Xero Product ideas, we will shift this idea to Not in pipeline to set the expectation here.

    While a direct option to restore or unwind an organisation to a previous date in time isn't in our plans, as previously mentioned to confirm - Xero performs daily backups of customer data to protect against data corruption and hosting service failures. However, these backups are not available for users to restore their organisation to a previous state.

    To reiterate from my last response, most actions in Xero are reversible (for example Remove & Redo on bank transactions) and our help article on Xero Central  explains some of these options that can help with needs expressed in this conversation.

    The History & Notes report can be highly useful to review actions recently made so you can 'undo' these.

    Using Control-C now to have an automatic nightly Xero backup to a secure server thats not AWS. Still, it should be an in-built feature for user to activate if they so wish...

    Hi team, we appreciate wanting to hear updates from us here.

    Over the past year our team has been doing a lot of behind the scenes work for Files in Xero. We've released a new experience to our Files inbox, and while sub folders/files haven't made their way into the new experience just yet, I want to assure you our product team are aware of the vested interest here and how this could enhance your ability to organise and work with Files in Xero.

    This continues to be a feature our product team are interested to explore longer term. While we'll move the idea to Accepted for now, we'll make sure to share any work and updates that could add benefit to your workflows with you all, here.

    Exactly what I want too. Subfolders within FIles for batch storing previous year folders and documents such as bank statements, Credit Card statements and VAT returns.

    See which BILLS have attached documents.

    On a Suppliers Contact page, under ACTIVITY tab, in the overview of the Bills/Spend Money, it would be useful to be able to see which items have a document attached to them.
    And which items don't.
    A simple icon to indicate that there is documentation behind the entry.
    We frequently have to add documents after the entry has been made via Bank Reconciliation rules. Knowing which items have already been populated, rather then having to open/close individual items, would be a great time saver.

    The ability to include invoice links in our custom statements would enhance usability by allowing customers to access invoices directly from their statements. This would be a great time saver and help expedite prompt payment. Thanks. John
