    Hi community, we understand how being able to send quote reminders like you can for invoices, would help with following up on uncommitted work with your customers and potentially locking in sales.

    For the time being, as many will be aware you can resend a quote that’s already been sent, by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right and choosing ‘Send’, where you’ll have the option to change the email and who it’s being addressed to.

    This is something we have intentions of diving into discovery for this year and I’ll return to share more news when things progress. Thanks

    Please give an update on this as this is a feature highly requested, most small businesses like us don't have teams big enough to send quote reminders manually.
    It shouldn't be too hard an integration to do considering there is already an invoice reminders feature.

    Hi team, we appreciate the interest in being able to change the reply to email when sending an invoice. This isn't something we have in our plans atm, but our product team are aware of this idea and we will continue to gain interest from our community for this here.

    Just to confirm currently within invoicing you'll be able to see the current reply to email from the preview of the invoice on the right hand side. If you'd like to change this before sending you'll need to hop across to the Email Settings. Thanks

    it is really frustrating having to go back to email settings everytime i need to switch the reply to settings. please make this a feature as it is essential to businesses small and large

    Please make this a feature! it used to be one on the previous version of Xero and it is such a pain having to switch between contacts and quotes everytime, especially as a business who sends multiple quotes a day.
