Thanks for your feedback, Elma. Our product team is paying close attention to this and exploring ways to improve the experience for users working on smaller screens or using split-screen layouts.

The Account and Description columns are responsive, so widening your view will expand these columns and provide more visibility. We understand, though, that this may depend on your individual setup and processes.

I’ve updated the title of your idea to reflect your request for a compact view, which will help us track interest in this improvement.

Regarding the date formatting, dates in manual journals are localised. We recommend checking your browser’s default language and region settings and, if needed, updating them to match your location. For example, selecting English (New Zealand), English (Australia), or English (United Kingdom) will allow you to enter dates in the DDMMYYYY format.

Hi team, we appreciate the interest surrounding this idea and how having the ability to identify assets that investment boost has been applied to would be useful from the Depreciation schedule.

Right now, IR10 in NZ tax will import Investment Boost directly from Fixed Assets if there is an organisation.

Being upfront, adding this to reports within an organisation isn't currently on our roadmap, but we understand how this would be useful in this reporting and will continue to consider this in future product planning. I'll share if there are any updates for you here.

Hi Tania, thanks for submitting this idea! We understand it'd be to have an automatic alert for unallocated overpayments during bank reconciliation. Without this, credits can be easily missed and left unallocated.

Right now, there’s no pop-up or indicator on the reconciliation screen to remind you about existing unallocated credits, so manual tracking is needed.

This idea is now in the Gaining Support stage. Your votes and comments help us see how important this feature is to the wider Xero community and guide what we build next.
