Thanks for your support and joining in this idea. We get the challenges involved in manually chasing up employees to complete timesheets each pay period.
Although it's not the integrated solution you’re looking for, you could look to set up recurring calendar events or using external communication tools to prompt your team members.
We want to be transparent that we don't have any plans for adjusting the existing notifications for timesheets.
We'll continue to monitor this idea, and should our priorities shift in the future we'll let everyone know here.

HI team, while it's not possible to include links to all outstanding invoices when sending a statement I did want to make sure you're aware of the option to include a link to Outstanding bills when emailing an invoice to customer.
From this link your customer will be able to see a total and the individual invoices they have outstanding to pay with you - more on this here

STATEMENTS - when sending statements is would be extremely beneficial to be able to have the option to send invoices along with the statement. In Ascora (another program we use in our business) when you go to send statements there is a check box you can select to send the invoice/s with the statement and it has greatly reduced the follow up emails from our customers requesting the invoice/s that go with the statement. If Xero could have this option it would be amazing and save the problem of having to follow up for each individual customer that emails back requesting the invoice/s. Please look at this!!
