Navigation - Add 'Statements' to Sales drop down menu
Adding 'statements' to the Sales drop down navigation. Simple addition, rather than having to go through the full Invoice page to send statements at EOM.
Hi everyone, thanks for your engagement and sharing how we can further improve the new navigation experience for you here.
Our product team are paying close attention to your feedback on the drop down options, and we're continuing to monitor the interest this idea receives.
We'll let you know if there are any updates, here.

Still "Gaining support" a year on, so I built it as a Chrome extension in the meantime. Statements sits straight in the Sales menu, which is the EOM run this thread is about.
Free, and the only permission it asks for is xero.com:

https://github.com/thoopring/powerbar-for-xeroNot a substitute for Xero shipping it. Still voting.

I've created an extension for Xero that solves this issue, along with a few other requested features. It's available for both Firefox and Chrome. It's free to use and does not collect any data.

It's silly that to see a statement you have to hit a button that says "email statement", as if that was the only possible thing you could ever do with a statement.

What would be great is a feature to issue out statements automatically at EOM or the client to be able to set a custom date when statements should be sent out. Something similar to invoice reminders, but with statements! Please!
