    This! Xero fees are 5.7% for overseas credit cards with currency conversion, but, we can't go above 5%. Little logic here...

    This. We want to add 2.7% for NZ invoices, and, add 5.7% for overseas (note the higher amount than the current 5% threshold), as this is our cost from Xero. Please implement.
