Hi team, we appreciate hearing how viewing noes from the bills list view would be helpful. While this isn't something we have planned at this stage we'll continue to keep a pulse on the interest in this here.

Would be really useful to be able to add notes to a bill/invoice as to why its still in drafts etc. Especially if waiting on something before it can be approved and paid. So other people within our team have visibility as to why its still there and don't go and approve and pay while a on leave or something. Or even an extra step after save where you could put them into a holding place.
