    Hi everyone! thank you so much for taking the time to share your idea with us! We really appreciate you flagging that the sorting function on cash coding isn't quite sorting the blanks first, but instead is just going straight from ascending to descending by date (or vice versa). We are moving this idea over now so it can gather more support from the rest of the community. Please feel free to share it with any of your peers who would also love to see this feature implemented.

    We'll be keeping a close eye on this space in the meantime. Thanks again for your valuable input.

    Hi everyone, we really appreciate hearing how a visible place for reminders, checklists and notes would help keep important work from being missed.

    We've just introduced custom Tasks to the Homepage which allows you to quickly add your own one-off business task, or add and edit tasks from the right hand panel. You can update the details, mark work as complete, delete tasks and view completed tasks all from the Homepage.

    This means reminders like requesting a missing receipt or preparing documents for your accountant can stay alongside your workflow in Xero instead of being kept in a separate note or spreadsheet.

    The first release focuses on personal organisation, so shared tasks, notes and notifications aren’t included yet, but this is something we'll continue to consider as this space evolves.

    A notes area on the dashboard would be very helpful. It is very frustrating to have multiple areas for notes. A client may have several staff accessing the account and information can get missed.
