Hi James, to clarify would this be when using Xero Expenses app to submit receipts or when emailing bills to your organisation? Thanks

I agree with all the other comments here. Really need to get rid of the steps in this process where the only way to get an invoice from email into expenses is to print up PDF and load the PDF. Surely mobile email apps (I'm on Android, fwiw) could be enabled with a share option to share to Xero me directly without needing to manually create the pdf.
