I find Zero very flexible however including the 'organisation' name is both restrictive and unnecessary on emails. We can't keep changing the organisation details to invoice from each identity. I have a trading company but several subsidiary 'companies' that are client facing. Being unable to directly send emails for all the selling companies is a waste of effort when the simple answer is to remove the organisation name from email headings. This works because I can already add as many difference email addresses covering the sellers which coupled with the assorted templates is all that is needed to be identified by the recipient.

This is a quick win Xero!
