    Hi community, we appreciate the on-going interest this idea is receiving and the growing needs in the ability to customise documents that you send from Xero.

    Right now, our position for this idea remains the same - we do have future plans to improve the branding experience across Xero, starting with invoicing which you can read more about.

    As this experience continues to build out we'll make sure to share any updates for customising Remittance for everyone here.

    We do not understand why there is a facility to brand some documents and then not worry about others. The facility to send a remittance is built in to Xero when payment details are updated but then a simple sheet not even showing remittance as the title is generated. This happens on a branding that was copied from standard but really does not do what we need.
    For claims from Xero across many advertising platforms, it seems to fall short in comparison with other products. Unfortunately, we are tied in through our accountant and so feel a little bit trapped with no support.
