I agree, the prior system was better for Files. Our clients upload invoices and docs on a monthly or quarterly basis and they used to be able to upload directly into a labelled folder. Not possible now so is harder to identify what relates to what period. Perhaps having an additional tab called 'Current Period or Current Financial Year' would be helpful rather than 'Archive' alone.
