    Hi team, we're pleased to share that this work is now underway.

    Our intention is to allow you to associate a contact per line in a manual journal.

    We appreciate there is a lot of interest in progress for this feature and I'll be back to share as soon as we have more news to update you on, here.

    Given the fact that it's taken them over 13 years to even consider this, I doubt it will happen in our career lifetime. Might as well move to a better platform than grow ancient waiting for Xero to respond to anything.

    This is great news! Is there a timeline that we can expect to finally be able to accomplish this?

    This is a horrible flaw in this system. There is no way to run reports to match to the vendor. Seems every other system out there has this basic functionality.
