We hear you team! Thank you for continuing to share back with us here, and a big thanks to those that registered interest and provided input to the teams earlier research.
Right now, there's still some discovery going on around this functionality, but I want to assure you this is a feature our team are keen to develop.
While the first round of research helped inform our team they want to dive deeper into some of the aspects surrounding this feature that'll help ensure we create a solution that'll best fit majority of businesses.
We'd like to give provide the opportunity to everyone here to participate in this and if you can spare a few minutes, our team have prepared a few questions in this form 📝 that we'd love your feedback on.
We want to keep you updated as work progresses on this, and I'll be back to share…

The ability to send an outstanding reminder notice to Customers that includes a list of multiple invoice that are outstanding.
Our customers can have upwards of 40 invoices per month, and for a 30 day EOM customer, I would like to be able to send 1 reminder that their account is past due.
I don't want to waist time sending individual invoices, or resend a statement, but more a letter that is clearly different from an invoice and statement that outlines what is overdue and how much is due.Statements are easily ignored if a customer thinks they have already paid, a letter is not so easily ignored, and can act in a legal capacity as a first demand for payment.

Thanks for your valuable feedback and for sharing the idea of "Bill payment reminder alerts or emails." It's clear this feature would be a significant improvement. As a current workaround, you can use the existing due date field in Xero to sort your bills and set a separate calendar reminder in your preferred app. While we work on assessing this idea, I want to share that we're exploring bill payment reminders for users with multiple initiatives in progress. We appreciate all your feedback and votes, as they help us better understand the impact and benefits of this feature, and we'll be sure to update this page with any new developments.

Hi everyone, Hubdoc remains a core part of our offering, however we want to be transparent that we’re currently focused on delivering more efficiencies through Xero directly - such as with our new Smart Document Capture that helps create and match transactions for you directly from your Inbox. This feature is currently available to organisations in all regions except NZ and AU, which we're working on expanding this feature to soon.
We also recently introduced the ability to upload multiple documents from your device to Xero using the Xero Accounting app. This feature enables you upload as either separate or a single document, that organisations can then use Smart Document Capture to help them create transactions fro once in the files inbox.
We appreciate some users here may prefer for this feature within Hubdoc itself however this isn't something we have plans of developing within Hubdoc. Thanks

Ideally Xero should support an overdue notice of some sort.
Sending statements as a form of debt collection or as an overdue notice is not ideal.
Most of the time in my business we have customers with multiple overdue invoices, and it is not ideal or user friendly to send these invoices individually, and sending a statement doesn't get across to a customer the urgency of their overdue account.
Having something more formal in place would be more appropriate and could act in a legal capacity of a 1st Due notice.
Other account programs I have worked with over the years have this option.
Sometimes as a letter, but that is easily converted into an email.
