Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you explaining how important access to reports on draft pay runs is for your workflows, especially for client approvals and pre-submission checks.
Our product team is currently looking into payroll reporting improvements as part of a wider review, however adding additional reports to draft pay runs is not something that’s on their foreseeable roadmap.
Currently you can download payslips, P32 and Payroll Activity Details/Summary reports from draft pay runs. These provide a breakdown of employee earnings and employer liabilities, which can be used for pre-checks before submitting your pay run to HMRC.

Thanks for sharing your suggestion. I can definitely see how manual it is to add a Christmas bonus or one-off payment line for every single employee individually!
I’ve moved this to Gaining Support. Currently, pay templates in UK Payroll need to be updated one by one, so a "bulk update" tool would be a huge time-saver for larger teams.
I’ve updated the title to "UK Payroll - Bulk add or amend pay items on employee pay templates" to help others find it and add their votes.
Quick Tip for now: If this is a truly "one-off" payment (and not something you want on their template for every month moving forward), the fastest way currently is to add the Bonus pay item directly to the Draft Pay Run. Once you add the column to the pay run, you can enter the amounts for each person in one…

Yes, this is also important for implementing a pay rise for everybody. Amending employee records one by one is painstaking

Hey all, thanks for sharing your feedback on having reimbursements show on the Gross to Net report. Currently this report only captures taxable income.
It’s been a little while since this idea was raised and we can see it's been steadily gaining support.

It also needs a "Total pay" column as Xero does not include reimbursements in "Net pay"
