This is the exact same problem we have. Can’t understand why user permissions make such a jump between permissions. It is either access to next to nothing to almost everything. Per original User Role-Enhancement post, our sales team need to have more access to the one category they are currently assigned in order to be able to conclude their work; they are all quite frustrated at being reliant on other colleagues when they want to take care of their own work themselves.
