    Hi team, thanks again for your feedback on this here. Just to clarify the change, while the modal has been updated the payment method options shown are the same as previous. Just rather than making you select there is a preset default for online bill payment.

    If you prefer manual payments you just need to click on the 'Continue with manual payment' to proceed.

    With focus on further improving and expanding online bill payment methods and helping our customers stay on top of cashflows, it'd be great to better understand the reasons why online bill payments don't suit your business needs here.

    I wholly agree and support this request. The popup is extremely annoying and frustrating for our clients. Something that could simply be fixed with a 'Remind me later' or 'Not interested' option, yet Xero choose to enforce this on every single payment!!

    Xero's response of "it'd be great to better understand the reasons why online bill payments don't suit your business needs" is totally irrelevant. A Business is free to choose methods that suit their needs. If users want to continue with manual payments, they should not be hampered by an additional step in the process just because Xero is marketing something new.

    Very poor that this has not been addressed and fixed.
