    Thank you all for getting behind this idea and sharing your thoughts on how beneficial a shared leave calendar could be for team management and scheduling.

    Our product team has been following this idea and agree that creating a shared calendar is a feature we would love to develop. However, it’s not currently on our immediate product roadmap, as we are prioritising other improvements at this time. We’ll continue to review and monitor interest in this request.

    In the meantime, manually maintaining a separate calendar outside of Xero may help bridge the gap. We’ll update this thread if there are any plans made for a calendar within Xero.

    We have tried multiple other options to try and have a calendar that works unfortunately they do not integrate with Xero and that is where all our payroll data is. This is critical to us being able to ensure we are able to manage our staff leave requests appropriately
