AU Payroll - Create a shared Calendar

Integration of all employee leave taken with a shared calendar in outlook or calendar in Xero itself that everyone can view to see who is on leave and when.

    This is critical to see all the shifts for the week so we can clearly see who is on and who is off.

    This should be an included feature in Xero - it is viewable to Administrators, so why cant it be viewable to all staff. This is exactly what is required to ensure all staff are aware of upcoming leave - tired of double entry into outlook calendar - once leave is approved, nominated employee leave should be available on a calendar that all employees can view - thank you :)

    This would be great with integration in XeroMe app so that all staff can see where conflicts are with already approved leave. Or to assist with leave planning.

    Yes, this will be a wonderful feature if we can synch this to an Outlook Calendar

    This would be great benefit especially if you could integrate with outlook so the leave could be visible in MS365 apps

    It would be great to be able to sync your Employee Leave in Xero to an Outlook Calendar that could be shared amongst your organisation

    this would also be super helpful when trying to process leave - especially around Christmas! all my staff are part time - and trying to calculate leave around public holidays is doing my head in! if I could build each staff roster in - then when i book them for leave - especially bulk leave it would ideally default to the hours of their rostered shift.

    Can all employees access the leave overview calendar?

    This was an idea from Christine Irvine and I think it's so important. I'm in exactly the same boat and I think it would be great if this feature is available.

    We try to limit annual leave to one person at a time as we are a small business, however the employees can't see the overview calendar showing everyone's time off.

    Is there some way they can do this? If not is there any plans to allow employees to see when others are on holiday?

    This is just what I was going to suggest. We are currently using a rostering system that is not easily integrating with Xero. Would be so much better for Xero to be a one stop shop!!
    A clock in and out function would also be much more efficient!

    Our establishment uses Xplor which has staff rostering and also links to Xero. It would be great if this could be imported into Xero.

    Roster Board for Employee Shift Management.

    A scheduling /roster to show employee shifts. That then can be reconciled against the timesheets submitted. The ability to also send the weekly/fortnighly schedule roster to each employee - or have them be able to view it on the Xero Me app.
