Thanks for raising this suggestion, Annelie. Being able to export the Fixed Asset Register directly to PDF or Excel could make it easier to use the report for year-end reviews and client reporting.
In the meantime, opening the CSV export in Excel or utilizing the Asset Summary report remains the most practical workaround.
I’ve moved this post to Gaining Support so we can continue gathering feedback. If you regularly export the register, let us know which format you’d use most and how you’d like it presented.

Hi Leasa, if there is a Fixed Assets report that you'd commonly use you may find it useful to Favourite this report so it's readily available from the Reporting menu in the blue banner.
Do want to be open here that we don't have any near term plans for adding report options from within Fixed Assets. Thanks

I fully agree with this idea. It really is not user friendly if you have to go through the whole process again. It also makes our clients doubt in the usefulness of Xero Accounting if you can't even change the Base Currency error with a new setup. Now you have to go the long way around and cancel the subscription and then open a new company. People do not have the time or the patience for this. Then they rather use Sage One.
