    Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback and support regarding automated payslip emails. We appreciate you sharing how this feature would improve your workflows.

    The product team has reviewed this idea and confirmed that this is something they’d like to work toward in the future. Although it isn't on the roadmap yet, we've moved the status to Accepted. We'll keep you updated as things progress.

    In the meantime, payslips can be emailed manually after processing each pay run. This means if you post pay runs in advance, you may still need to log back into Xero on payday to email them.

    My request is that Xero provide the ability to schedule payslips to be automatically emailed to employees on the payment date.

    As a contract bookkeeper, I often process standard payrolls several days in advance and schedule the ABA file with the bank ahead of the payment date. However, I then need to log back into Xero on payday solely to send the payslips to employees.

    Having the option to schedule payslips to be sent automatically on the nominated payment date would streamline the payroll process, save time, and ensure employees receive their payslips at the same time their wages are deposited.
