    Hi community, we appreciate hearing how layout of the Clients edit screen impacts finding and updating information.

    Since this idea was raised, we’ve made changes as part of the new client experience, including updates to how client information is organised and presented.

    Being upfront here, we don’t have any further plans to change the layout of the Client page. We'll keep a pulse check on the support in this idea as this space continues to evolves.

    Yeah, unlike blue Xero which is used by clients, we as accountants want to see information layout compact, saving us scrolling up and down the pages for information. The layout for the whole XPM including tax returns just have too much white space and not compact enough in general.
