Appreciate you raising this, Renee.
We understand the ask for dual login feature where BAS agents/partners can switch to a profile without agent credentials.
As a clarification, clients can connect their Xero organisation to the ATO as business users, after which BAS agents and partners with the appropriate access can view the client's BAS from within the organisation. A separate client login isn't required for this workflow.
We've updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking community interest. Add your vote if a dual login option could help with other account management needs and let us know more about your use case.

Total hours to be shown for each employee as processing the payroll to allow overtime to be calculated if required. Also total hours to be shown on timesheet report eg fornightly payroll where there is more than one timesheet processed.
