Thanks for sharing your idea, and letting us know the changes that matter most for you.
We can appreciate having more Statement payment options for users that do not use Stripe. We've reviewed your idea and now it's up to the community to get behind and support it. Feel free to share this with your friends and colleagues if they'd like to see this functionality implemented. We'll monitor this space for further traction! :)

Hi everyone, we’d like to round back to share an update that the ability to accept deposits has now rolled out to all AU, NZ, UK, CA, SG and US organisations, and we expect to make this available to remaining regions soon.
Staying close to feedback from its release, our team have recently added a due date field in which you can select a specific date that payment of the deposit is expected if this differs from the Invoice due date.
I look forward to looping back to finalise once we’re at 100% roll out of deposits, and give you a hint of where we’ll be expanding functionality next!

Square + Xero integration does not currently support partial payments on Xero invoices via Square. The integration is designed for full invoice payments only. Many clients wish to pay the invoice in part payments - however without this feature the payments are always delayed and its frustrating - although some call us and we then have to create a new invoice via square itself - this should be more user friendly.
There should also be an option to pay the statement rather than having to click on the invoice for payment via square

I agree with this - there should be an option to pay a statement via square rather than having to click on the invoice. There also should be option to pay partial payments which Xero and Square intergration does not allow which is very frustrating for clients and us!
