    Hi community, thanks for continuing to share your feedback on this idea.

    We appreciate wanting to hear more on where this is at and we'd like to update that we're just beginning to explore the future of Statements within Xero.

    We understand the need for more control over what’s included in statements, particularly when invoice links or related actions don’t reflect the way your business work, or cause confusion for the customers receiving them.

    This is something our team will be taking into careful consideration as that work develops.

    We are also in the same boat. We use Total Synergy (wouldn't recommend the software) and we need the invoice links to be removed from the Xero customer statement, as our customers receive Total Synergy invoices, not Xero invoices.

    This is a constant ongoing issue. Removing the invoice links from each statement manually and sending emails take 2 hours, as opposed to what should take 30 seconds if using Xero's Send statement platform. We have also de-selected 'Include a link to the invoice PDF' but the link is still there. The de-selection doesn't work.

    Xero support please help, it's killing us!
