Agree with the other comments. We've been allocating teams to projects, but seems the system doesn't do anything with the info. I've come to this from looking at timecard entry where I'd like people to only be able to book to projects they are allocated to (and also simplify the time booking using a standard timecard view).

Projects would be amazing if you could run a report to check time entries each employee works against what was quoted/ invoiced and cost per project.

Also having the ability to filter Projects by 'Assigned to' would be helpful

Agreed, you can filter by your own Projects at the moment but adding the ability for Projects Admins at least, to filter by other team members to get visibility over what's on everyone's plate would make things so much easier. At the moment it's impossible to get an overview of who is doing what

Allow Xero to filter Project Reports by Staff Member or Category in order to get more data for KPIs.

Even just having the ability to filter Projects by 'Assigned to' would be helpful

*Staff Time Overview report - would like to add Estimated Time column
