Contacts - date added /opened to be included in the contacts report
When trying to identify how many new contacts have been added in a certain period it is impossible without pulling months of billing and sorting by client name. Also would be great for marketing to know about Client anniversaries.
Simply by adding a field for the date added when setting up the record would be ideal, it could then be shown on the exported contacts report.

Agree with previous comments here. Contact export fields (or pdf reportable fields) that should be available to be reported on are "Date Created" and "Date Archived or Deleted" - this would allow for simple reporting on "How much revenue for the month was generated by New business as opposed to recurring business; How many contacts/clients did we win or lose in the previous quarter etc etc etc

This feature was available in previous software and was beneficial in regular team meetings when discussing new clients, referral sources etc.
Same with No Longer Clients - having a date field when closing a client record and being able to run a report for a specific time period is also beneficial in regular team meetings when discussing reason for departure, e.g. business closed down, super fund wound up, client preparing own returns moving forward, clients gone elsewhere etc.
Information assists the team to understand where our new business is coming from and provides vital feedback, sometimes identifying areas for improvement. -

Yes - trying to export our contacts according to date of creation or by date of first invoice. We need this functionality!

Please add a report to allow us to see when the vendor was created
