We have all staff on the same annual leave for a set company closure period over Christmas and New Years, so being able to choose all staff to have annual leave at once without needing to manually add it to all 30+ staff one-by-one would be super handy. We also have set RDO's each month for all staff that would benefit from the same improvement.

The ability to assign leave to a selected group/ selected employees will be very useful especially during end of year company closure.

It is very time consuming and prone to user error to manually assign leave one by one for all the employees.

Adding to this comment. Would like to be able to import a spreadsheet that lists:

Employee Name
Leave Type
Leave Start Date
Leave End Date
Number of Hours

In our business we need to create 26 RDO Leave Requests, in advance, for each of our client's 10 employees - in line with the ETU award.

Yes! But not just for yearly closure! Would be amazing to have the option to select and add the same type of leave for a full list of employees on the same page.

Bulk entering of Annual Leave for Yearly Closure. Currently I do this per employee and we have 40 employees.

Adding and RDO leave day every fortnight is an absolute nightmare and so time consuming please fix this xero

We have another method of tracking leave but does require a person enter this into Xero for payroll purposes. Agreed that a bulk upload option would be incredibly helpful here.

Agree 100%. I just had to spend 20 minutes creating individual employee leave requests because most of our staff took the Monday before a public holiday off. Would be great if this could be added as a feature!

Bulk Add Leave Christmas period closure for all employees. Able to enter annual leave for the Christmas and New Year closure period for all employees instead of having to do 20 individual employees.

We also would benefit from this as well as when we have Christmas Closures and multiple employees to enter leave for.

It would be quite advantageous for the ability to create either a customer holiday calendar (for more than one day at a time), or the ability to create an 'Organisation Closure' option under leave requests that automatically assigns the closure dates to all employees.

In my industry all cabinetmakers close for a selected period over the Christmas/New Year dates, and it would be great if i didn't have to assign and approve leave to each and every employee, being that the whole company is closed over that time.
