Permissions | Ability for Manage users to assign Payroll Admin
If a staff member has Manager User access to a client file this doesn’t allow them to add users to a file with Payroll Admin unless they have Payroll Admin permissions.
It would be good if people are allowed to MANAGE the access without necessarily having themselves.
Can this idea please get implemented as it will avoid adding administrators with Payroll Admin permissions to our large client list when it isn’t required.

This would be great if it can be implemented. If we already have advisor permission and user rights we should be able to edit payroll permissions without having to get the administrator to do it..

All Administrators need "payroll admin" permissions to be able to manage the client file access. It's critical that this is updated as it is causing issues with clients in the Xero Me app, when they submit their timesheets, they have to scroll through a number of staff members to find the right person to approve. Ideally Administrators should have the access to "manage users" without being listed in payroll.

Part of our role as TCs is adding users so makes sense if this is required
