Tracking - Ability to bulk Archive categories

We use tracking categories of building jobs. It would be great to archive the tracking category once the job it complete. Allowing a P&L by tracking category report to only show active jobs.

    I have hundreds old tracking categories from as far back as 2016 that I am currently deleting one by one. It would be a great help to be able to select multiple tracking categories and delete them in bulk.

    Not only do you have to select each one, it kicks you out to where it has been archived & you have to click back into where you were to delete the next one!

    Absolutely critical - yep I feel lthe same as Casey-Lee " So painful and time wasting... what feels like 10 clicks just for one archive."

    Bulk Archiving is a must for our Business, if this function is not provided, we would consider changing platforms, this is now too time consuming for a simple task.

    Bulk archiving would be much more efficient. It would even help just not to be taken to the archived list after each one

    yes , being able to archive multiple tracking categories that have been used but are no longer being used would be great.

    We also have hundreds of old jobs in tracking categories and individually archiving each job is ridiculously tedious.... would love to see this bulk archive capability Xero!

    Same issue here, I have hundreds of old jobs recorded as Tracking Category Options from the last 10 or so years that I need to archive and doing it one by one takes an off putting amount of time, so the jobs keep accumulating, the list gets bigger and bigger, and still no option to bulk archive. Xero programmers, please come up with an option ASAP.

    Bulk archiving needs to provided ASAP - disappointing that Xero has not managed to sort this out when people have been asking for it for a long time, and it would save us, the end user so much time. Come on Xero - how difficult is it to sort out?

    this is wasting us an unnecessary amount of valuable time to archive our projects from last financial year. This needs updated now!

    Please make the process of archiving tracking categories less time consuming and tedious. A function where we are able to tick ALL of the tracking categories we want to archive at once and press a button is needed. The notification about being deleted verse being archived could still pop up with an accept step.

    Really really want to be able to archive multiple categories at a time. It takes sooooo long to clear this up and I just don't have the time to dedicate to it! Please look into implementing this soon, we beg!
