HI Kelly - that can work however often we'd like this sorted in, for eample, by Supplier or by invoice date - there is a myriad of reasons why you would like this view

I also agree with Tina, currently there is no tab, would be useful, I also, as said Tina, have to sort by planned date to see those unscheduled the resort to see in alphabetical list.

This feature would be really helpful with organising future payments.
While you can currently sort by Planned Date, because you can only sort by one field, it would be helpful to be able to 'filter' bills that do not have a Planned Date, so that we can still use the sort feature to group suppliers or dates or amounts.

Kellys idea is what we are currently doing but we have no function to have a report in excel . Once i run a bills for payment report XERO incorrectly defaults the planned date to = the due date. This is misleading. If we wanted this we could just use the due date.

Agreed this would be supper helpful I would also love it if there was the ability to also exclude invoices that are to be paid by DD on this..

This is so critical for planning; it would also be great to see this as an item under the "Planned schedule" so we can see the amount that we haven't planned.

This would save a huge amount of time when planning payments.
Simply being able to search for Bills WITHOUT a paid date is so simple, and helpful, I'm amazed you can't do it!

Extend the new Bills, Purchase Overview, Awaiting Payment view filters to add "no planned payment date".

Currently the it supports filtering to show only those with a planned date, but not the (likely more useful), "those without a current planned payment date".

This will be very helpful for running 2k+ bills (in a month) that are to be paid at a specific date. This will help streamlining client's process in payables.

We process several thousand bills every month. As we do not pay our subcontractors until our client pays us, we are constantly adding to our planned/scheduled lists for every subcontractor. It would be great to be able to eliminate from the search for bills anything that has already been scheduled for payment.

Exception search capability - eg searching for invoices or bills that are not scheduled for payment.

For invoices awaiting payment that need to be held back having a hold function and a spot for a reason would be beneficial for vendor issues

Hi, yes this is what I currently do, but as mentioned previously, this option will be helpful and save the need to sort.
