Sales invoice - Show FX translation to non-base currency
Present fx translation to any currency of choice on the face of a sales invoice, instead of being limited to the base currency only. As required by various local VAT authorities, the sale value & VAT must be shown in local currency - which can differ to the invoice currency.
Example: a business invoices in GBP or USD, but must charge UAE VAT and therefore present fx translation to AED on the face of their sales invoices. This is not currently possible using the standard or advanced templates.

When creating an advanced invoice with multiple currencies (e.g., EUR invoice, USD base currency), the GST tax amount is converted into the base currency (USD) instead of being displayed in the tax reporting currency (SGD).
It would be helpful if Xero allowed users to set a tax reporting currency (e.g., SGD) independently of the base currency. This would ensure that GST amounts are displayed correctly in the tax reporting currency, simplifying the process for multi-currency transactions.
Example:
Invoice currency: EUR
Base currency: USD
Tax reporting currency: SGD
This change would eliminate the need for manual adjustments and ensure accurate tax reporting in the correct currency.
