UK Payroll - Support for Operational Sick Pay
Give the option of adding company sick pay entitlement, which counts towards sick leave, and then when company sick pay is exhausted, revert to SSP.

Payroll UK - SSP Phased return to Work
Ability to enter SSP each day that hours are not worked under a "Phased Return To Work Order" signed off by a UK Doctor. Eg: Employees usual hours are 8 but they need to only work 5 of these under the Order.
Issue - Xero does not have this functionality - currently SSP can only be entered as full days, and consecutive days.
Please add this functionality.
