I would like an email to supplier option on bills, we add bills for our CIS labourers, I would like to email them a copy of the bill once its been added, can currently print as pdf but thats long winded way of printing and the attaching to email is time consuming

Credit notes can be missed otherwise. Currently we have to waste time downloading the invoice to upload it to the credit note. It would be much easier to forward the credit note through as an email and then select that it is a credit note. That way the data is read automatically and the credit note image attached.

Currently when you create and apply a credit note to a sales invoice, as soon as you hit approve it'll take you back to the invoice, so I then have to click back into the credit note.
I'd like to have a dropdown option to approve & email the credit note to the customer if possible.

We used buyer created invoice to our agents so they dont need to send copy of their commission invoice. Is this possible to have an option to send copy of the invoice directly to them from xero instead of print it to PDF and use outlook to send?

Email Bills straight to contact / CIS Remittance - Being able to email the Bill/ Or Remit (with bill breakdown) to subcontractors to show what has been paid or more importantly what will be paid.

Like when sending invoices, you can approve and email this straight over. But it would be a good option to have on the Bills.

At the moment each bill has to be saved and manually emailed, which is timely and open to human error.

Need to be able to send credit notes including bill credit notes to customer/ supplier with one click. Equally as important as sending them an invoice/ purchase order.
