The customer's phone number is so important on the invoices and packing slips that we started using customers' phone numbers as their account number, that way it shows up on everything including the packing slips.
Which reminds me why I'm here to begin with; I really need to change the title "Packing Slip" to "Work Order". We need to send our installers out with work orders not packing slips! lol.
We're using the "packing slips" feature in Xero to send the technicians out on jobs without pricing.

Very important to include the telephone number and email on the payslip

We need to enter email addresses when sending goods. There is nowhere on this form that has this automatically filled in.

Please add customer email and customer phone to the Standard Xero Invoice Template Packing Slip. It can just go below the main address.
