Navigation - Update the user interface
Not a major one but I feel the whole online site needs a facelift.
Information is not given in an easy to process way and this can make navigating the program more complicated than it seems to be.
I recently transferred over from MYOB and where I feel the general program of Xero is better for ease of reconciling etc. some tasks can feel super overcomplicated and difficult to carry out due to poor layout and outdated visuals. This is something MYOB seem to have done well, Xero seems clunky and outdated in comparison, whilst having all the programming and processes to back it up. Seems a let down.

Sorry we haven't returned to update you here sooner, Rebecca. As you may have noticed we have recently given our Navigation a bit of a facelift 🙂
There was a lot of research that wen into the new experience and we hope you'll find moving across different areas of Xero smoother.
