Bank Reconciliation - Restrict Bank Transfers
When transferring money between bank accounts in Xero - it would be good to restrict the user to only making the transfer if there is actually a matching transaction in the other account. As it is currently, the user can make the transfer and then it sits in the unreconciled payments or receipts for a bookkeeper to tidy up later on.

The biggest issue that we have with our clients is not coding transfers correctly, despite setting up rules, having historical matches etc. Would be really good to have had the transfers done before client codes up their Xero, Ie, automatically done by AI or whatever with Xero.
