UK Payroll - Option to view leavers in History by leaving date
After the recent Xero upgrade, the ability to view leave dates disappeared from the employees' History. Instead, a column titled "Next pay day" was added, which does not seem useful because the employees have left the company.

We have a big turnover of employees and every month, to download the P45, I have to scroll through hundreds names, to pick the ones I need. The leaving date column was extremely useful to me, I hope they to put it back

I find it strange that in the past, we were able to view the final leave dates for historical employees. This feature has now disappeared, the only way to find out when somebody left, is to go to their individual record. Not very useful if you have hundreds of people on your payroll books.. Very crucial requirement for pension declarations, etc... Anybody found a way to get around this? Thanks

This was very useful column which I often used to sort the leavers so the latest ones came at the top.
I can't understand why Xero would upgrade a screen, remove a useful column and add a totally useless one instead.
