  1. It is frustrating when manually reconciling transactions when a variance is a bank transaction fee and I select 'Bank Fee' as the reason for the difference only to then have to select bank fee again when completing the transaction line presented for the Bank Fee.

    Surely, if I have selected 'Bank Fee' as the reason for the difference, the line presented could have the 'Bank Fee' nominal account pre-selected and the appropriate Tax Rate populated given that it is for a Bank Fee?
    It's only a small thing, but it bugs me.

  3. When uploading a receipt, Xero should recognise the information on the receipt and automatically find the bank transaction or ones similar to match with, like what Quickbooks does. It would make life a lot easier.

  4. As a NFP receiving multiple donations from multiple donors, we require summary of donations/purchases made by the donor/client as a single receipt including each donation/payment's invoice number, date paid, individual amount paid, total amount paid. The summary will need to include the NFP's logo, ABN, etc.

    Appreciate you raising this in the community. It's not something we have plans for developing at this stage, we'll track the interest from your idea here and update you if there are any plans made.

  5. Allocate specific tracking categories to transactions instead of showing every category when a transaction is created.

    Currently all tracking categories show when creating a new spend/receive money. In our business one of these categories is used for timesheets only. I would like the option to be able to choose which tracking categories display when creating new spend/receive money transactions in Xero, in the same way that I am able to do this for payroll and on invoicing.

  6. Xero app - Adding a Receipt - check if image/s are fully uploaded before the Save button is enabled/allowed or run a check when the Save button is selected and if image/s are not fully uploaded alert user to wait.

    Xero app - Adding a Receipt - auto compress images larger than x size.

    The Xero app is incredibly slow when uploading images eg; receipt scans. These are not expenses, the expense app works differently and is much faster but I can't use it for business receipts as they are not 'claims'. It has become slower each time I've upgraded…
