    I'm considering leaving if we can't connect, it's a vital part of our business and can't be wasting time uploading and downloading bank statements every time I want to check something

    When we transferred to Xero in 2022, Unity Trust Bank was listed as to be added in that year so was part of the decision process to use Xero.

    I was told over two years ago that Unity Trust Bank feed should be ready in a few months, so it is long overdue.
