Document Packs - Delete and Resend functions
The Document Packs needs a delete and resend function.
The delete function is necessary when client cannot open a document sitting in their Xero portal. The client can't delete it. We can't delete it. If we could jump into Document Packs and delete and/or resend, just like we do in Xero Tax, it would save a lot of time and frustration for both accountant and client.
The resend function is also necessary when a client doesn't receive the email asking them to sign a document. The work around whereby we have to phone the client and walk them through logging into their Xero portal is a time consuming and frustrating process for both accountant and client.
