AU Tax | Email templates - Ability to rename
I would like to know if it is possible to rename email templates that are used when sending returns or Activity Statements Out for Signature. eg: from 'Custom 1' to a more useful name

Hi Lauren, this isn't possible at present. Thanks for starting the idea here where we can start to gather interest in others that'd like to see this too 🙂

Not being able to rename these cover letters, is causing the incorrect letters to go out to clients, not only making our practice look incompetent, but also the xero product it's self being questioned again..
IAS statement for signing do not have GST on them, why would the same letter be set up for this?
