XPM - Disburse Xero subscriptions to clients
There needs to be way to bulk import client disbursements in XPM. For example, Xero subscription fees.

100% agree that there should be functionality for this. It's a major time-waster for all firms using Xero as their preferred software. I was on a webinar yesterday and someone mentioned they are importing it so I've come back to research it again but found nothing.

Agreed, this process should be automated by Xero. Our firm is supporting Xero with client subscriptions; Xero should be supporting us by automating the processing of these costs on to the clients. Currently, our firm is spending countless hours entering this information into XPM, to then invoice the disbursement onto the client, with no benefit to our firm. As Adele said, Xero knows who our clients are, the Xero ledger is linked to the client in HQ. This update should be considered a high priority.

there should be a way to use the Import tool in General settings to be able to add xero subsription cost to clients jobs

Agree with this. Xero knows who our clients are, the xero ledger is linked to the client in HQ- it should be so much more automated than the current manual processes.
