Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on archived returns in jobs. We appreciate you sharing how important it is to keep archived returns visible within their original jobs for practice management.
This idea has now moved to Gaining support, which means our community team have reviewed it and it's open for community support through votes and comments. We encourage others who would find this helpful to add their votes and share how this could benefit their workflow.

Thanks for feeding back on the Client search, Carey. The way that search works for the new client list experience is a little different to the older experience, and partial matching is not a feature with this new search.
While it's not in our roadmap atm, our team are keen to stay close the support this idea receives and will consider in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates here.

Great to hear you using and sharing back on our Tax Manager beta experience, Matthew.
Our product team are closely monitoring the feedback on this here, and as you may have seen this is a feature we have plans for developing, so I'll keep you updated on it's delivery here.

Hi team, thank you for feeding back to us about the selection of reports on the navigation with us here.
For the time being we're continuing to track interest in having reports as a top level menu but this is not something we have direct plans of.
With regards to the favourite of reports in the new Xero Partner Hub. I recently provided an update on this idea - Our team have made an improvement so you can now Favourite reports from your My reports tab of the Practice reports builder and these'll appear within the Favourites section of the Practice drop down menu.
Similarly, if you previously favourited reports in the old experience these should now be showing from the Practice drop down.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the feedback we've received on this change and while this was an intentional change this is something our product teams are monitoring feedback of very closely and considering improvements around in the new clients experience.
While we can't make any commitments atm I will be certain to share any plans with you all here.

Hi everyone, we understand interest and how bulk action in the new Tax Manager would improve efficiency when preparing tax for your clients.
Tax Manager is a new experience that is currently in beta in Xero Partner Hub. Bulk actions high on the list of what's coming soon as we build features into this experience.
We appreciate the importance of bulk actions to everyone here and will be sure to update you all as soon as this is rolled out.

This is a basic and critical feature. My goodness - I cannot believe this has been removed. I am very glad I checked for reviews and feedback before enabling the new partner hub. We will not be moving over until this is fixed. This is used by everyone in our practice to move tax returns across states in bulk. Admin, Accountants, Managers and Partners. Also agree with Rochelle - icons for locked & suspended returns and NoA processing is used by our practice regularly.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback here. It’s great to see so much engagement on this idea, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
We understand you’re looking for the ability to create your own report code structures within Xero that'd allow for more detailed and flexible reporting, helping to automate processes and provide clearer insights for your clients.
As noted by others in the idea, you can currently leverage the existing report code mapping functionality. While it doesn't allow for entirely new report codes, you can map multiple chart of account codes to the same report codes to group them for reporting.
To do this in bulk, you can also export your chart of accounts, apply the mapping in a CSV, and then re-import it.
We see the value in providing more customisation in reporting. Right now we have some more codes…

Agree with this. Xero knows who our clients are, the xero ledger is linked to the client in HQ- it should be so much more automated than the current manual processes.

We are considering enabling the new XPH and I checked here for feedback before making a decision. We use filters in tax manager extensively to understand lodgements at a team/partner level. If this isn't in the new XPH we won't be switching over until the very last moment. Is this comment in relation to the widget reporting or the actual tax program pages?
