Practice Manager - Audit trail for client history
Client History
It would be great to have a running record of client history in XPM, showing the date and person who, including but not limited to:
- created the client
- edited client details
- archived client
In a large firm over multiple offices, it would be easier to know who to contact if there are questions about details are entered into XPM, and keep XPM as a CRM up to date.

As our firm grows, we are finding that this feature is critical to have! If we could see who has actioned certain data additions and updates, we would know who to go to for any issues with that data. History should be viewable for ALL client data. At the very least, it should be reportable.

As a large growing firm this would be fantastic to have an audit history within Xero Practice Manager. This would help our practice to keep records up to date and reduce possible errors in the future. This way staff will be aware that there is a history and they cant just update certain fields without it being noted. As certain updates/ changes do need to be done across all programs not just XPM. We will then know who has done this change to be able to address it.

Yes this would be a great feature to add as it saves a lot of time trying to work out who did what and when it was done.
