Xero is getting expensive for the small business owner and this will be the final nail in the coffin for many. What is the rationale for discontinuing the GST cashbook? It doesnt make sense. Please reinstate it.

I have just leant that the GST Cashbook in no longer available. Many of our small business clients have used this plan for years. This is a disservice and was not well publicises. I am not impressed at all.

Having a GST cashbook is the only option for in house GST clients. Please keep it.

It doesn’t make sense not to have this option in cases where accountants and bookkeepers are the main users.

These plans are used in-house and this is forcing us to pay for functionality that our clients will never use. In most cases, they are not users. An example is a Commercial property holding company registered for GST on a six-monthly basis.

As an accountant, this is a product that we use, not our clients. This change is not supporting accountants and bookkeepers in anyway.
