AU Xero Tax - Distribution to Beneficiaries with manually updated names flow
We have some companies and trusts with characters such as hyphens in their legal names. However, Xero Tax does not allow us to distribute directly to these entities due to these characters in their names.
Our current work around is entering the beneficiaries' details manually, but then the distribution does not flow directly to the beneficiaries' returns.
I think this may be a ATO limitation. However, in other tax programs I have used, I was able to use an alternate name so the distribution could still be directly linked to the beneficiaries return. I would like a similar feature in Xero Tax.
