UK Tax - Restrict dividend date to the period
You are able to post a dividend with a date in a different year. I don't think it should let you type a date outside of the period. Until you click review it does not flag an error

Dividend Dates: When typing in the date manually for dividends, you are able to use a date post the current tax year. The system does not pick up on the error until you mark the return for review. Would be better if the system didn't allow this in the first place (like it does when selecting date from calendar).

I think it would be great if Xero could not allow you to enter a date outside of the tax year on Xero Personal tax. You can't select it from the calendar but CAN type it.
