Hi everyone, thanks for engaging with us here in Product Ideas. We know having more control over when messages are sent is important to customers.
We've just released the ability to schedule the send of a one-off invoice in Xero, but we also recognise the broader feedback here about wanting similar control for other send types, like invoice reminders.
While this isn’t on the roadmap right now, the feedback on this idea will be an important consideration for our product team in future planning sessions.
We appreciate you taking your time to support and share your feedback, and we'll update if there's any news.

Hi everyone, we wanted to share another update here. The ability to schedule and send a one-off invoice at a date and time that works best is now available to all organisations.
You can find this feature in the send window by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the Send email button.
As mentioned in my last update, we understand there’s strong interest in extending this functionality to repeating invoices as well. While this isn’t currently in the pipeline, it’s something our product team will closely consider as they shape the future of repeating invoices in Xero.
I’ll be sure to share any further updates with you here.

Thanks for the great discussions here, just wanted to touch base to let you know we’re listening. The idea is still open and currently gathering support on Xero Product Ideas, so we don’t have a public timeframe to share right now. We’ll continue to keep a close eye on support here and update if anything changes.

Hi team, we appreciate the on-going support and feedback we're receiving on this idea and pleased to be able to share this update. Our product team are actively exploring how we can best solve for the needs raised here, although at this time are unable to provide any set timeframes.
They are very much aware of the appetite from our community on this, and as part of their exploration have reached out some users here as they gather insights.
For the time being we'll shift to In discovery and I'll return as soon as there is more on this to share.
