    Totally agree - i cant work out how the 5 bill limit is applied - my client has only entered one bill in the current calendar month and Im being told the limit is reached... Its far too low to be of any value to even the smallest of businesses, and the cost of the standard plan is getting far too high for really small operators. There is no flexibility over months as mentioned.

    Appreciate different businesses operate differently when setting up and approving deals. Some businesses specifically leave off detail from quotes for their own circumstance too. 

    Imagine this'd need to be an optional org setting, and not something we have plans for right now but we'll get a sense of the interest here.

    Kelly, to suggest that any GST registered business would specifically leave off GST detail from a quote is an absolutely ridiculous and dismissive comment to make for such a crucial issue. This glitch has potentially serious financial implications for your customers and to clearly insinuate here that you think its 'its not a biggie' is insulting!

    I would absolutely refute your claim that some businesses deliberately leave off detail ie GST content. The account code information doesnt get seen by the client and in a quote its to some degree irrelevant internally if it was incorrect as could be fixed later. But to suggest that a GST registered business would actually choose to leave off the GST content in a quote is farcical and ignorant of business operations. As mentioned in other comments, clients only look at the inclusive value so if this is wrong due to missing GST lines, the business ends up losing money. This warning system is available in invoices so 100% should be in Quotes as well.
    Maybe stop spending time on the fluffy stuff like constantly changing the way reporting looks and spend more time on key components that really matter to business owners and accountants.

    @Daniela Caruso - prepare for the pain :-) I had one of that size too and was pretty shocked to discover that they had to be done individually...

    Seems crazy that you can upload in bulk but not dispose of in bulk... 250 assets to do.... PAINFUL

    Hi community, we understand how being able to add a persons job title in contacts would help distinguish and identify within a contact.

    Being open, this isn't something we have plans of for the time being. Right now, though not the ideal solution you could possibly use the notes feature in contacts to add detail of the differentials. We know this won't solve the needs for everyone in the idea but may help for some scenarios.

    If there is any plans made around this we will update you of this, here.

    Would be good to have this feature as we are implementing Purchase Orders so now have multiple people in one supplier location that we need different emails for but no ability to indicate who is who

    Hi everyone, while we don't have a direct report for this, some changes we've made to History & Notes in Xero will help in achieving what you're in need of here. 

    You can run the History & Notes, filtering by Type = Contact and typing 'Bank account number' in the Search to just view results for this action. 

    If needed you'll be able to export your results to PDF or Excel. 

    Though the contact name doesn't show on screen, you can right click on the Contact in the report to open the contact's record in a new browser tab, that allows you to inspect details without navigating away from your History & Notes results.
